SUBCLASS 836/116 – CARER VISA (ONSHORE/OFFSHORE)

This permanent visa lets you stay in Australia to care for someone with a long-term medical condition. They must have no reasonable access to care options in Australia. This visa requires the applicant to be sponsored by their Australian relative or their Australian relative’s partner.

SUBCLASS 835/115 – REMAINING RELATIVE VISA (ONSHORE/OFFSHORE)

You may be eligible for this visa if you don’t have other “near relatives” outside of Australia and you meet the health and character requirements.

SUBCLASS 838/114 – AGED DEPENDENT RELATIVE VISA (ONSHORE/OFFSHORE)

This permanent visa lets a single older person stay in Australia if they rely on a relative living in Australia for financial support.

SUBCLASS 102 – ADOPTION VISA

The child must be under 18 at the time of application and have been adopted through an intercountry adoption or arrangement with the involvement of an Australian State or Territory central authority.
